I share tools which assist you to clear the energy that blocks and blurs your connection to your greater self

In clearing fear from our physical, emotional, mental, and relationship bodies, we organically refine
our daily ways of being and doing to be more harmonious,wise, and unconditionally loving.
You may have been on a spiritual journey for years or you may have just begun.
Clearing your four body system and environment is always necessary to stay
aligned ,centered, and grounded in the direction you are intending toward.

Many of us have access to higher vibrational realities,yet in our
daily lives, the ego is still the captain of our ship. Without intervention, we live as if we are still in the
survival mode . Our bodies ,emotions, minds
require clearing of the fearful mindset that assures success in competition for survival .
This survival mindset and accompanying feelings and behaviors cannot partner
with your bigger self.
The vibration of it only attracts its likeness.
It is an act of love
being freed to take up space
in ourselves
each time we clear the imprints
of past unwise choices that
block partnering with
our higher, wiser, brighter self.

Letting Go
Learn and practice simple ways to embrace and let go,as you choose, of what is no longer serving your learning. 4 weekly sessions monthly to develop better self-awareness thru journaling, group coaching,guided meditation. Each month the sessions are offered. Thursdays 5:30-6: 45 pm online ** Trauma work must be undertaken with a therapist . Venmo Paypal installment plan or credit are available.
